Report to: Digital Manager
-Responsible for brand official E-Commerce business operations.
-Carry out plans to drive online sales, monitor cost, and improve consumer experience.
-Manage project according to business requirement, deliver it within time and budget.
-Work with logistic team to manage ongoing E-Commerce logistic operations, and control the delivery quality and timeliness.
-Work with client service team to manage customer feedback and maximize customer satisfaction.
-Implement new business initiatives to increase sales/traffic and conversion rate on official E-Commerce site.
-Develop and implement ongoing CRM activities, use Email and Mobile marketing tools, keep monitoring the performance and optimize it accordingly.
-Evaluate the performance of E-Commerce sales, site performance, CRM campaigns and marketing programs, and provide report on regular basis.
-Vendor management, include day to day contact, regular performance review, negotiation for supervising customer service, warehouse and operations, etc.
-Work closely with all corporate departments to provide a clear understanding of E-Commerce order, delivery, sales, financial and all other issues.
-Bachelor degree or above
-At least 3 years of experience in E-Commerce or digital marketing related areas
-Experience in FMCG/Cosmetics/Retail multinational companies or E-Commerce agencies a plus
-Strong knowledge of E-Commerce and digital marketing tools, include hosting, website production, data tracking, SEO, email, mobile, social media, etc.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong analytical ability and excellent Excel skills
-Self-motivated, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a well-organized way, while maintaining high quality work
-Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills
